However, please note that we do not assist with Quebec Permanent Residency programs, as they require a specialized provincial immigration license.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and a 5% GST will be added to the final price.

- Taxes: All professional immigration services fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (5% GST).
- Government Fees: Government processing fees are not included and should be verified directly at Canada.ca.
- Professional Fees: The Immigration Services Fees are subject to change without notice. Prices listed as “starting from” are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Final pricing will be determined and outlined in the Service Agreement following a consultation.
- Service Agreement: Every service requires the signing of a Service Agreement, which includes detailed terms, conditions, and refund policies.
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are separate from service fees and are non-refundable.
- Payment Terms: Payment schedules, where applicable, will be outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Documentation: Clients are responsible for providing all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processing Times: Government processing times may vary and are beyond the control of CANINGRESS Immigration Services.
- Urgent Cases: Additional fees may apply for expedited or urgent services, subject to availability.
- No Guarantees: Approval of immigration applications is solely at the discretion of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). While CANINGRESS Immigration Services cannot guarantee the outcome of your application, we are committed to providing the highest level of client service and ensuring that every application is prepared with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Refund Policies: Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms outlined in the Service Agreement and depend on the stage of service delivery.
